Justin Trudeau and his Liberal cabinet continue to ram and jam through their social agenda, leaving broken fragments of Canada’s cultural heritage and democratic traditions in its wake. C-16 is Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould’s sledgehammer approach to ending freedom of religion as we’ve known it and implementing the Liberal gender agenda in churches, schools, and other institutions.

Seventy years ago, Holland was liberated from the occupying forces of Germany. What a great event that was! Being free again—that was almost more than we could believe.

Nobody likes paying taxes but most of us are willing to pay our fair share for the good of the country. Justin Trudeau’s recent threat to impose a national carbon tax if the provinces refuse to apply their own will do no good for our country, nor yet for the climate. It’s a money-grabbing power-trip, plain and simple.

“In everything give thanks,” we are told. We do. We rejoice in the privileges granted to us by our wonderful Creator. As we approach Thanksgiving Day, it is good to remind ourselves of the many ways...

Ever heard the line “My mom was out of town when I was born” — its a funny one-liner, but it seems one Liberal cabinet minister wants us to believe it about her.

This is the flip side of questions that free people must answer: “What do our freedoms mean to us? Are they worth fighting to retain or should we just pack up and acquiesce to the strident voices that place limits on what we can say or do?”

​“I was only following orders.” That was the pathetic plea of Nazi generals and accomplices of Hitler when they stood before judges during the famous Nuremberg trials in the aftermath of World War II. The world did not accept that attempt to legitimize their crimes. Neither should we.

​CHP Canada is at the point of decision whether we choose to challenge the City of Hamilton’s action over the removal of our ‘Competing Human Rights . . . Where is the Justice’ campaign bus shelter ads. The City has violated our right to freedom of thought and speech guaranteed to all Canadians under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
