O.P.P. Conducts Major Porn Bust—and Misses the “Big Fish”

Last week, the Ontario Provincial Police arrested 80 individuals in connection with child pornography and other illegal activities including the sexual abuse of children. Kudos to them! May they continue to root out this evil and may they be successful in prosecuting the offenders. I just wish they would go after the big fish—the ones who are systematically exploiting and abusing children in the public schools of Ontario. People like Premier Kathleen Wynne and Education Minister Liz Sandals, with their explicit and controversial sex-ed programs, are turning Ontario’s public schools into recruiting centres for early childhood sexual activity. The odious curriculum, forced on children from K-12 against the wishes of many parents is nothing short of sexual abuse.
When the original author of Ontario’s reviled sex-ed curriculum, Ben Levin, was convicted last year of “making child porn and counselling to commit sexual assault,” most common-sense Canadians assumed that the curriculum he helped design for his own devious purposes would be discredited and discarded. Who would dare to promote such garbage in the public schools after the curtain was pulled back to find a dirty old man at the controls? Ben Levin was the Deputy Minister of Education under Dalton McGuinty and was held in high esteem by Premier Kathleen Wynne—that is, until he got caught. That’s the one unpardonable sin for those in power. It’s embarrassing when a key player is (pardon the inference) exposed.
Ontario’s curriculum claims to arm children with knowledge to “keep them safe.” It does nothing of the sort. How do children fall under the influence of pimps and pornographers? What leads them into becoming victims of sexual assault and exploitation? One factor is “early sexualization,” that is, creating in them at ever earlier ages, a fascination with all things sexual and a curiosity and desire for sexual experience . . . long before those desires can be satisfied in a meaningful and mature lifetime marriage commitment. Once “desensitized” to the issue, young people can be trained to discuss sexuality and their deeply personal feelings in a casual and common context. Many of them will be turned against the moral values of their parents and may even become activists for the cause of “sexual expression.”
Like their accomplices and business associates in Planned Parenthood, Kathleen Wynne and her pals realize that the best way to encourage early sexual activity (resulting in a profitable cycle of pregnancies and abortions and creating a generation of non-married potential sexual partners) is to get young children thinking about sex and gender. Ontario’s sex-ed curriculum purports to empower and protect young people by imparting knowledge about the human reproductive system and the ethics and principles of consent. It asks the question, “What does consent look like?” What hypocrisy! The Premier and the Education Minister never got consent from parents to teach this garbage! They act as if 12 and 13-year old girls and boys can handle explosive and explicit sexual images and concepts without defilement and without compromise. “Just say no.” Yet when parents, by the thousands said “NO!” to Premier Wynne’s sex-ed program, she just ignored them.
Premier Wynne and her committed core of child abusers should be investigated for the harm that has been done and will be done to children and young people. Parents send their children to school to learn to read and write and to equip them for future careers. Prostitution, pornography, and pimping are not careers. The sex-ed curriculum should teach abstinence until marriage and fidelity in marriage. Students should be taught biological reality, not sociological fantasy. Gender orientation should be dropped and the two real genders created by God—male and female—should be honoured as the basis for all family relationships.
To the O.P.P., keep at it! Expose evil. Uncover the works of darkness. Bring perpetrators to light. But understand that until the promotion of heightened sexual interest and perverted desires is banned from Ontario’s schools, until the graphic display of sexual content is curtailed in our media and the internet, you will be fighting a losing battle. We can’t have both graphic and immoral sexual imagery in our schools and a generation of young people with wholesome and enduring morals. We have to choose.
The Christian Heritage Party promotes chastity, sound morals, lifelong committed marriage between one man and one woman, the primary responsibility of parents as educators, especially in matters of faith and morality, and elected officials who see their roles as a privilege to serve, not a right to dictate. If you agree with us, help us win back the classroom as a place where children are taught basic skills, not destructive ideology.
