About Tom

Tom Lipp has lived in the Bow River riding area more than 16 years. He graduated from York University with both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration. He received his accounting designation, Certified Management Accounting (CMA) in Alberta and is now a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). His profession is personal financial planner and advisor.

Tom is a family man; he and his wife Priscilla have ten children. Tom’s parents immigrated to Canada from communist Europe. He witnessed their hard work, frugality, discipline, and courage as they settled in a new country.

He left an oppressive state-ruled country for a land of freedom and opportunity. That's what Canada was in the past — that's what it should be in the future.  

Money matters, but people count.
