Jerome is a passionate and compassionate accountant who serves First Nation reserves and business clients in Manitoba and Ontario. His work and dealings with Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency has ignited his interest and involvement in politics. If elected, Jerome would use his work experience to bring First Nations, businesses and government departments together to focus on developing long term solutions to help small businesses, and improve First Nations and offer programs that benefit their community members.
Jerome, his wife of 15 years Angela and their nine children live in St. Claude where he grew up on a dairy farm. Since receiving his Certified General Accountant’s designation in 2000, Jerome has developed a business that helps First Nations and businesses in the areas of financial management and he currently serves as the President of the Local Urban District for St. Claude. He also serves as the Vice-President of the Tiger Hills Arts Association, is a board member of the Roseisle Pentecostal Assembly Church, and is a member of the comité scolaire for École Communautaire Gilbert-Rosset. He has also been a school board trustee for the Divison Scolaire Franco-Manitobaine for six years.
"My desire to run as the candidate for the Christian Heritage Party of Canada is because I truly believe that this party is the only real conservative party in Canada in terms of fiscal responsibility, pro-life issues, and protection of freedoms in this country."
