Today Canada needs clear conservative voices in Ottawa—principled voices that stand firmly for the values our country was founded on, and are not swayed by those who attempt to foist novel agendas on us that corrode those values.

Years ago, I was a card-carrying Conservative. However, it didn't take me long to become disillusioned with the Conservative Party and its lack of true conservative principles, rather they favoured whatever policy had the best chance of getting them elected. I even stopped bothering to vote, until the CHP appeared on the scene and gave me a meaningful alternative.

I've been retired for seven years now, but have kept myself busy in the community, volunteering at the Helping Hand Food Bank and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, both in Tillsonburg. I have four grown children, and three grandchildren whom I visit regularly. My hope is for a Canada that holds a good future for them.
