I was unsure of how I was going to vote in this election, until I saw the headlines about Stephen Harper saying he would not revisit the abortion debate.

I have always been pro-life, but hearing his statement while pregnant with my fourth baby hit close to home...

I've been a Conservative voter for many years, but the party lost my vote that day and I was very happy to have a pro-life option in the CHP!

It is because of party like your own that Canada is still in the dark ages on euthanasia. It is a must that we educate people to question and understand the issue and not be swayed by religeous leaders and their own ideas. We MUST have life with dignity and NOT life at any cost. There are so many examples of suffering because of life at any cost attitudes. For christian people that think they are compassionate and show so little regard for the end of life issues is staggering. Ask the question what is life ment to be and does it end when we no longer control our own bodies or when the body cannot stand the suffering any longer and dies.

Just some points to ponder
Sincerely
Scott Rigney
