What Libya can Teach Canadians

Recent events in the Middle East illuminate the wisdom of CHP policy initiatives that other federal parties are afraid to touch.

CHP Canada is the only political party in Canada to warn that multiculturalism could be abused as a “Trojan horse” to smuggle aspects of Sharia Law into Canada. A few years ago, when an attempt was made to bootleg Sharia into Ontario under the provincial Arbitration Act, objections from Muslim women were a key to stopping that scheme to subvert protections for women’s rights in Canada.

Now we learn that one of the first statements by the transitional government of Libya is that Sharia Law will be the foundation of the nation’s new post-Ghaddafi government. Just like Tunisia. Now where’s all the cheering for the “Arab Spring?”

The current CHP Update—a newsletter any Canadian can receive just by becoming a member of CHP Canada—warns against being lured into a one-world government, because such a global government could very easily be tricked, as the United Nations has been, into supporting Islamist policies internationally—and imposing them upon sovereign nations like Canada.

What would that mean? Think carefully about these examples from the CHP Update:

It wouldn’t matter whether or not a woman had been equal prior to the appointment [of an Islamist ‘World Leader’] under the New World Order; she would be now a second-class citizen. Consider the Christian, who is a minority under this same ‘World Leader;’ suddenly all Christians [and Jews] are dhimmis, as are atheists, Hindus, Buddhists, etc.

As other political parties kow-tow to the United Nations’ efforts to limit our sovereignty… [only] CHP Canada’s policies expose this ‘imposition of dictatorial rule.’

Have you heard any other Canadian political parties warning of UN attacks on our national sovereignty? Or about the threat of Sharia Law? Or the drive to impose “international law” on Canadians? No, you haven’t.

Why not?

Because pusillanimity (a contemptible lack of boldness and resolve) has replaced principles in the poll-driven policy councils of all those “politically correct” parties. CHP Canada is unique in Canadian politics: it’s the only party that stands for defence of the rights and freedoms for which previous generations of Canadians were willing to risk their lives.
